Borderlands fans will be disappointed to hear that Gearbox is demonstrating another shooter at E3 2018 to press – yet it’s not the exceedingly foreseen Borderlands 3.

Rather, Gearbox is demonstrating it’s 1v1 multiplayer shooter and card hybrid.

It’s a generally shrouded venture, having been in a closed technical test last August.

No recording of project 1v1 will be shown outside of the closed doors presentation at E3, in spite of the fact that you can expect a few hands-on written impressions. Apparently, we’ll likewise take in its legitimate name.

This is what seems, by all accounts, to be the first image of the game:

“Project 1v1 is the code name for Gearbox’s best top-secret, being developed, a competitive first-person shooter that joins the action of fast-paced 1v1 first-person combat with the metagame procedure of a collectible card game,” says Gearbox of its baffling PC venture.

Digital Extremes attempted a shooter and collectible card game hybrid last year, yet that didn’t end well.

It shitcanned The Astounding Eternals back in October.

For those monitoring Gearbox’ different games being developed, Borderlands 3 has been postponed.
